- Winsale's "one screen" point of sale system requires minimal training to use and can handle all POS transactions quickly and efficiently (Sales, Refunds, Exchanges, layaways, Sales Orders, etc.) Salesperson error is eliminated with the use of bar code scanning, on-screen notification of change due, customization of field prompts, and password protection. All voids are permanently recorded and access to the cash drawer can be blocked. Cash drawer reconciliation may be performed at any time of the day and each employee has their own employee number for auditing purposes. With respect to customer service, any notes that have been attached to a customer or inventory item are viewable at POS to help your salespeople increase sales. Salespeople may also print notes directly on each customer’s sales ticket to personalize the sale.
