Major Account Employee Charges

 

  • WinSale contains a built-in charge to feature allowing you to bill Major Accounts for employee purchases. This information may be entered into the customer's account profile, so that it will automatically bill to that account whenever an AR charge is processed.
  • This features is especially important when you are selling merchandise to employees of Corporations who offer to pay a percentage of their employee's footwear, clothing, etc.
  • This option also will allow you to print Major Account Invoices at any time for a specified Date Range.
  • You may also print Monthly Statements and/or Major Accounts Invoices including employee information and/or ticket details (Social Security number, employee number, Purchase Order #. etc.
