INVENTORY CONTROL

  • Inventory information is automatically updated as you create and fill purchase orders and sell or transfer merchandise, giving you up to the minute information.

  • WinSale helps you maintain profitable inventory levels by giving you the information you need to make purchasing decisions. Hot/Slow sellers are easily identified for any date range and full historical information is analyzed for performance comparisons. (See Periodic Hot Seller Reports and Category Summary Report in this brochure for examples)
  • Item Numbers are user-definable and may be automatically generated by purchase orders (Matrix & Sequential numbers). Inventory can be grouped by department, class, vendor, style, color and size to make analysis easier. Reports may be displayed in several different formats–report style, matrix reports style, or spreadsheet.
  • Item Notes are attachable to inventory and are displayable at point of sale. They can be used to notify salespeople of product features or substitutions.
