Winsale includes an Open to Buy system that is fully integrated with the Purchase Order and Sales modules. This system ties the information generated in these modules together to help you plan reachable sales goals. Once you have realistic goals set then the Open to Buy system is used to plan the optimum dollar value of inventory to perfect your selling goals. This alleviates under and over buying of merchandise.

The Open to buy is based on your department structure and will help you plan a realistic sales goal for any period. These sales goal can be projected from prior sales periods or can be analyzed with any of the tools within Winsale. Once a goal is set for a particular department and for a particular time frame then the Open to Buy system will automatically determine the optimum inventory to bring on hand to achieve that selling goal.

Winsale uses a time proven formula to plan the purchase of your inventory. This formula is automatically applied to the levels found in your database. This means that in the normal course of doing business the Open to Buy is always ready to help you buy the right levels of inventory.
