  • WinSale includes complete Customer Profiling. All account information is automatically updated by the point of sale module as sales transaction occur. New customer information can be captured without any delay in customer service time due to our built-in Smart Capitalization and Zip Code database features!

  • There is no need to memorize a Customer account number! Once a customer is entered into the system, they can be retrieved by simply typing in the first few letters of the last name or the telephone number. You may also access an alphabetical list of your customers. The customer’s name and address will appear on the Point of Sale screen and the sales receipt. The alphabetical listing will keep your salespeople from Making duplicate customer entries and allows for immediate printing of shipping labels at the point of sale.
  • Notes can be attached to customers and may include any information you like - sizes, favorite colors, spouse’s and children’s names, etc. These notes can be viewed and edited from the Point of Sale screen and will give your salespeople invaluable information with the click of the mouse. You may also create letters to customer with a single click or create birthday mailing lists using the FYI fields.
  • There are many reports included in the program which allow you to look at your customers’ buying history from different perspectives. These reports may also be used in conjunction with the mailing label program.
