Matrix Inventory Table

• WinSale tracks different size and color combinations of a style through a Matrix Table. Matrix tables are user-definable and you may save as many as 99 different tables for different product categories. For example, for clothing you would most likely use a matrix table with sizes and colors, but if you sell shoes you would want to create another matrix table using sizes and widths instead of colors. The system uses the matrix information, along with the item style number, to create a meaningful SKU for use in analyzing your business.

• Matrix Tables save hours of input time for new inventory because you can enter all of the size and color combinations of a style at one time instead of individually. You can create and fill purchase orders, work with quantities on hand or on order, etc. for an entire style instead of one item at a time

• The EMT Purchase Order system makes order entry so easy that it can be used at market on a Laptop computer. Information is easily transferred to the main system files via telephone lines from your hotel or by diskette when you return home.

• There are also many Matrix Reports included in the program, which allow you to view your sales and/or inventory information in a "snapshot". These reports can be run for all stores combined, all stores separated, or a single store, allowing you to view your business quickly and efficiently.
